Jesús Rosales spoke about the viral encounter he had when he was Lamine Yamal's taxi driver, explaining the special details of his crossing with the right winger
Lamine Yamal recently went viral, again, on social media. Why? It wasn't due to any of his great sporting performances, but rather to a meaningful gesture he made, where he can be seen sending a special greeting to the nephews of the person who, as can be seen at that moment, was acting as his taxi driver. This greeting, upon reaching its recipient, a young follower of the 'blaugrana jewel,' elicited a reaction worthy of someone seeing a dream come true.
Now, regarding this beautiful moment, the one who has spoken out is Jesús Rosales, who acted as the taxi driver for Lamine Yamal on that day and who shared the viral audiovisual material. Rosales granted a brief interview to 'Buenas Noches y Buenos Goles' on Radio MARCA, in which he revealed some details about the anecdotal moment when the Catalan right winger became his client.
@jesus_rosales10 My niece's reaction upon seeing the greeting that Lamine Yamal sent her, thank you very much for the greeting to my 3 nephews Yadiel, Yaiza, and Yaziel 🇪🇸⚽️🇵🇪 #LamineYamal #humildad #Barcelona #sueñocumplido ♬ sonido original - jesus😎
Rosales talked about the anecdotal encounter he had with Lamine Yamal
Rosales began by talking about the pleasant surprise he had when he realized that Lamine would be his passenger and how much he enjoyed the trip with him. "It was more than almost 20, from 20 to 25 minutes that I was with him in the car and they were the happiest moments of my life. He didn't call the taxi, a friend of his did. And when I arrived to pick him up, the person who called for the taxi came out first, and behind him came Lamine Yamal, and when I saw him, I was surprised," he commented.
"The first thing I was going to do was get out of the car to go where he was and take a photo with him. But he approached where I was parked and he came closer, opened the door, and got in the back," he emphasized.
In this regard, Rosales, who noticed the 'shyness' of Lamine Yamal, also shared the conversation he had with the blue and red 'jewel.' "I picked him up on Friday and on Thursday Barça lost to Monaco. I congratulated him and said 'man, what a goal you scored'. And he laughed and thanked me. I told him I was a fan of his and look, thanks to God, look at how lucky I am to be here with him sitting in this car. I told him I couldn't believe it," he concluded.
