In this last match, Hansi Flick's men drew with Milan (2-2), just like against Manchester City in their opening game. Barça had to come back from 0-2 against the Milanese, who took the lead with goals from Jovic and Pulisic. Fortunately, Robert Lewandowski appeared for the first time this pre-season with the two goals to equalise, the first being a great goal. The duel, therefore, had to be decided in the penalty shoot-out, where this time, unlike against the 'Citizens', the Barcelona team ended up losing. Mika Faye missed the last penalty that ended up giving the Milanese the victory.
