Calendar of FC Barcelona

It does some days, the arrival of Erling Haaland to the FC Barcelona seemed utopian, but all has changed in question of hours. Joan Laporta promised fichar to the 'crack' of the Borussia Dortmund and already has the necessary economic plan to achieve the 650 million euros that, in principle, can cost his arrival to Catalonia. After celebrating his first year like president blaugrana, the mandator culé expects to close before Saint Week the agreements with CVC and Spotify, as well as the sale of 49% of the actions of Barça Studies to amortise the one who will be the costliest signing in the history of the club.

The agreement with the investment fund of CVC Capital Partners can contribute to the Barça 300 million euros, which will register like heritage of the club, no like debt. This is fundamental for the institution, since the money will be able to use entirely for any purchase without risk to have problems with the 'fair play financial'. By his part, the sale of 49% of Barça Studies would leave in the arks of the club other 350 'kilos', depending of the percentage that finish selling the directive. For the moment, debate if yield 49% or only 30% of the rights of the main audiovisual producer of the Barcelona.

Other 60 millions will arrive if it closes the agreement with Spotify. The company of Swedish multimedia services will credit this quantity for being the sponsor main of the masculine and feminine T-shirt of the club, in addition to 5 'kilos' for being the patrocinante of the rear part of the equipaciones of training by the next four years. Other 25 milones will correspond to the 'title rights' of the Camp Nou. Spotify would pay 5 million entrance, while they last the works of remodelcación of the stadium and other 20 'kilos' afterwards.

In total, the initial agreement will mean 75 million in the first two seasons: 60 for the men's shirt, 5 for the women's, 5 for the back of the training shirt and another 5 for naming the stadium until the architectural work is completed. Many see this agreement as insufficient, in accordance with the club's urgencies, but the board continues to trust it for the future, as it is a global agreement that includes the shirts and the culé temple.

In principle, Haaland would cost 350 'kilos'

The last review of the final figures that an agreement for Erling Haaland could have in November suggests that the '9' from Dortmund would arrive in Barcelona in exchange for 350 million euros. The newspaper 'Mirror' detailed that the six-year contract would cost around 215 clubs, while the transfer would close at 135 kilos: 75 for Dortmund and 60 commission for Mino Raiola. In addition, the Norwegian would earn 35 million net per season. Including the amortization (22.5 million each season), the 21-year-old player would represent an annual expense of 57.5 million, 345 in total for six seasons. Hence the importance of closing the agreements with CVC and Spotify, in addition to the sale of Barça Estudios.
