EA Sports published this Monday its list with the 25 best footballers in its video game FC 25. Curiously, there are only two 'cracks' from FC Barcelona (Ter Stegen and Lewandowski), while Real Madrid has six players in the top

Calendar of FC Barcelona

EA Sports 'forgot' about FC Barcelona when it came to selecting the best players from its popular video game FC 25. Unlike Real Madrid, the Catalans only have two stars from their squad in the 'Top 25', being Marc -André ter Stegen (89) and Robert Lewandowski (88), the Barça players with the best points. Despite his stellar Euro Cup with Spain, the American developer left Lamine Yamal and Dani Olmo out of the ranking.

On the other hand, the 'White House' has a broader representation. Six Real Madrid players appear in the 'Top 25', such as Kylian Mbappé, Vinicius Jr., Jude Bellingham, Thibaut Courtois, Fede Valverde and Antonio Rüdiger. In LaLiga, Atlético de Madrid also has two 'cracks' among the best in the video game (Jan Oblak and Antoine Griezmann).

Madrid and City dominate the 'top 25' of EA Sports FC 25

LaLiga's main sponsor will launch the video game on September 20, although it will only be available for sale worldwide a week later. The standard edition will be priced at 70 euros and will be available for the main consoles (PlayStation 5, Xbox Series), as well as PC. In addition to Madrid, Manchester City dominates the top 25 with six players, the same as the 'White House'.

The best scores go to Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappé (91), while four other players are in second place with 90 points (Vinicius, Bellingham, Harry Kane and Kevin De Bruyne). Eight players are tied for third place with 89 points, including four goalkeepers (Ter Stegen, Courtois, Alisson and Donarumma), along with Salah, Odegaard, Lautaro Martínez and Van Dijk. Lewandowski and Leo Messi (88) appear further down, accompanied by eight other players.
