“For me, It is an honour to be here, collecting this important award. Those who know me know that I have always had a feeling of belonging to our land, Catalonia, and to its language, and that is why it is very exciting”, said the visibly moved player.
In addition, she stressed that this recognition not only celebrates her career, but also the collective achievements of women's football, an area where barriers continue to be broken thanks to figures like her.
