A Court of Madrid goes out in defence of the Superliga in front of possible sanctions of the UEFA

The Court of the Mercantile 17 of Madrid, to application of the Superliga, has adopted this Tuesday 20 April measured cautelarísimas, by which forbids to the FIFA, the UEFA and to all his federations or leagues associated, adopt any measure that forbid, restrict, limit or condition of any way, direct or indirectly the development of the new tournament, as well as any penalizing or disciplinary measure against the clubs participants, his players and directors, between which appears for the moment the FC Barcelona.

The decision has been adopted after the members of the Superliga have requested the measure "cautelar inaudita", afterwards that several representatives of the regulatory organisms of the football loomed with taking conclusive measures contras the entities founders of the new competition, that look for according to Florentino Pérez, president of the Superliga, "recatar to the football" of the financial disaster and until sportive.

Position of the UEFA

"Still we are evaluating with our legal team, but will take all the sanctions that can and will inform them the before possible.
