In the last days, some players like Kevin de Bruyne are warning of a possible secondary effect 'post-coronavirus': the injuries, in case that they restart the competitions without a margin of preparation
They happen the weeks, the football follows stopped in Europe by the coronavirus and the situation does not have paints to solve in the short term, at least in countries like Italy and Spain. The sport finds totally in a second flat, and the players follow the recommendations and the 'planning' of personal training in his respective domiciles, for like this not losing the fitness.
What more take in seeing the light and restart the competitions, however, more tightened will be the calendar this summer and, if it goes back to play what remains of competitions, is possible that the teams hardly have time to prepare physically. Some clubs and organisations have defended the possibility to make a 'mini-season' of one or two weeks before reiniciar the parties, something that still is in the air.
And in the last hours, players like Kevin of Bruyne have warned of the secondary effects that it can have the turn of the football without a correct physical preparation of the footballers. The star of the Manchester City has conceded an interview to 'HLN' in which it has spoken in this regard. "I do not have neither idea of when will go back to play. We will not have played in some 6 weeks, perhaps. Usually it would need a preparation of 3-4 weeks", has ensured.
"If reiniciamos the competitions immediately, all lesionarán after some parties", has added, cutting. In this sense, it will be necessary to see which finish being the terms in the case of a hypothetical return of the national leagues and, more advance, of the Champions League.
Still there is not date of return for the European football
For now, in Spain follow prorrogando the times of the State of Alarm and does not foresee that all go back to the normality, like minimum, until the month of May. And it will do in addition to progressive form, by what it will be necessary to see if the sport returns immediately after the confinement or if, by the contrary, prioritise first other sectors and works more indispensable.
The footballers will have to be prepared for everything, and do the possible for keeping the best state of possible form in his respective domiciles. With daily training in his houses, at least the musculature does not have why suffer in the short term. The problem will come, clear is, when it touch to run 'sprints' in open field after months of confinement.
