The company 'To22', promoter of the Superliga, announced through his CEO, Bernd Reichart, the principles on which expects to do reality the new project to create a European league to the margin of the once modified UEFA his idea originl. "The European football is to the edge of the abyss. With the title of "Ten principles for a European league of football", Reichart explains several subjects, like the aperturismo of the tournament, the respect to the national championships, the mejoría of the sustainability finaciera of the clubs participants and the greater emphasis in the care of the competition. Besides, they include that also there is separated for the feminine football, the fans and the solidarity between clubs and institutions, between which includes to the European Union.
UEFA and FIFA would remain out of the organisation and would create a new organism that managed the tournament, with economic and political independence that would finish repercutiendo in the clubs participants. FC Barcelona, Real Madrid and Juventus, the three entities that have gone on with the idea, already have contacted with roughly 50 teams to explain them the project.

5. Competitions governed by the clubs with norms of transparent financial sustainability and applied of rigorous form.

7. Improve the experience of the fans.
8. Develop and fund the feminine football.
9. Increase significantly the solidarity.
10. Respect of the values and normative of the European Union.
