Álvaro Morata got 'wet' again with AC Milan, this time in the rout against Lecce (3-0). The former Real Madrid youth player paved the way for a comfortable victory for the Rossoneri team and left a viral celebration to remember. The 31-year-old attacker seems to feel much more comfortable in Italian football, where he had already scored 59 goals in his two spells with Juventus.

In the 38th minute, the Spanish forward headed a free kick served by Theo Hernández from the left side, anticipating the Lecce defense. For the Madrid striker it is his second goal in four Serie A games, a particularly special goal for the former Atlético de Madrid attacker. The '7' celebrated euphorically with his children just after making a gesture by sliding on the grass.

Morata's goal also unleashed the Rossoneri team, which in the next five minutes scored twice more, this time through Theo Hernández and Christian Pulisic. With the game resolved before half-time, Paulo Fonseca's men lowered the intensity in the second half, but Lecce was unable to score. With the victory, Milan remains third in the Italian league standings with 11 points, one less than leader Juventus (12).

The meaning of Álvaro Morata's new look

In addition to celebrating with his children, Álvaro also caught the public's attention with his new look. The striker shaved his head, a gesture with a very special meaning. The 31-year-old footballer said goodbye to his hair in support of children who suffer from cancer, since, during the celebrations with Spain for the Euro Cup title, he himself brought a girl who suffered from the disease onto the stage with the rest of players to be part of the celebration. This is not the first time that the Madrid native has made this gesture (he did it in 2014 and 2020), as he has been helping minors with cancer in Spain for more than a decade.
