Barça, injured after the Cup: Which players might miss the match against Betis?
FC Barcelona celebrated big again at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano after the victory against Atlético de Madrid (0-1) and the consequent passage to the final of the Copa del Rey. However, the joy of winning again at the 'colchonero' ground gave way to some concern in the azulgrana coaching staff regarding the physical condition of the squad.
Barça must host Betis this Saturday in Montjuïc (21:00 CEST) for matchday 30 of LaLiga, with the obligation to add another three points at home to maintain their three-point lead over Real Madrid, who will also play on Saturday at 16:15 against Valencia at the Santiago Bernabéu.

With only 72 hours of rest, the culés will face a 'verdiblancos' team on a roll, after six consecutive victories (three fewer than the Catalans), and with at least five significant doubts in their squad. The victory against Atleti left a significant toll of injured players, due to the usual physical play imposed by Diego Simeone's team and the complicity of the main referee Munuera Montero.
Four Barça players left the Metropolitano in pain
Both Lamine Yamal and Raphinha left Madrid with evident signs of pain. The player from Mataró ended up with a bloodied right ankle after a very hard stomp from Clément Lenglet, while the Brazilian, who did not return to full fitness after the FIFA date, was also a victim of a criminal tackle from César Azpilicueta right at the start of the match.
The other two culés who ended up with injuries on Wednesday were Iñigo Martínez and Eric García. The Basque was seen walking with difficulty after the end of the match, with some discomfort in his hamstrings. Eric, for his part, was also a victim of a hard tackle from Nahuel Molina, practically in the first intervention of the '24' in the match.
Gavi, another doubt for Barça-Betis
The other player whose availability for facing Betis is uncertain is Gavi. According to 'RAC1', the Andalusian remained on the bench against Atlético due to discomfort in his right knee. Another player who is not yet at 100% is Pau Cubarsí, although he returned on Wednesday playing 58 minutes.
Thus, Hansi Flick may be forced to make significant adjustments to his lineup this Saturday, especially in defense. Barça will host Borussia Dortmund next Wednesday for the first leg of the Champions League quarter-finals, an extra reason to double the precautions in the league match against a Betis that will miss their best player, Isco Alarcón, due to suspension.
