It is official: 'LaLiga Impulso', approved without FC Barcelona and Real Madrid

Already it is official. This Thursday has approved the agreement of LaLiga with the investment fund CVC that will inject to the competition 2.700 million euros that will deliver between the clubs. A total of 38 votes in favour determined the votes that took place during the Assembly of clubs of First and Second Division. The FC Barcelona and Real Madrid kept his posture of absolute rejection, beside the Athletic of Bilbao and a club of Second.

It fits to remember that with this agreement, CVC does a loan of the mount above-mentioned to give back in the next 40 years to a low interest. The bottom investor, thus, will perceive 11% total of the no audiovisual businesses and 10,95% of the audiovisual in 50 years. The negotiation, refused publicly by Barça, Real Madrid and even the Real Spanish Federation of Football (RFEF) has gone out forward finally after LaLiga achieved a majority reinforced in the Assembly.
