Already it is official. This Thursday has approved the agreement of LaLiga with the investment fund CVC that will inject to the competition 2.700 million euros that will deliver between the clubs. A total of 38 votes in favour determined the votes that took place during the Assembly of clubs of First and Second Division. The FC Barcelona and Real Madrid kept his posture of absolute rejection, beside the Athletic of Bilbao and a club of Second.

It fits to remember that with this agreement, CVC does a loan of the mount above-mentioned to give back in the next 40 years to a low interest. The bottom investor, thus, will perceive 11% total of the no audiovisual businesses and 10,95% of the audiovisual in 50 years. The negotiation, refused publicly by Barça, Real Madrid and even the Real Spanish Federation of Football (RFEF) has gone out forward finally after LaLiga achieved a majority reinforced in the Assembly.

It has not been simple, in any case. The representatives of the clubs have gathered this Thursday from the 10:30 hours and the meeting has extended by six hours in total, with the CVC, beside Rothschild, presenting to the teams the project, including a change that allows to the entities that have denied to the agreement not participating of the same. That is to say, the four clubs that have refused the proposal will leave was his television rights, but will not have access neither to the mount corresponding the 2.700 'kilos' that the bottom investor has put on the table to way of loan.

In this sense, Barça and Madrid will not receive the more than 300 millions that corresponded them, but would have the opportunity to change of opinion and accept the proposal in the next three years. By what remains the door 'open' (so much for the two 'big' as Atlhetic and the club of Second) to change his opinion, although it is little likely that was something that suceda.

The true is that the plan already has confirmed and will go on. Like this then , the teams will have the opportunity to allocate 70% of the mount total to "pay infrastructures and new investments, 15% to refinanciar the debt and to face the losses suffered by the pandemia (more than 1.000 millions) and 15% remaining will be able to use in the staff", as it remembers the newspaper 'ACE'.

Like this it has been the summit with LaLiga, CVC and clubs

In the meeting of this Thursday assisted the representatives of all the clubs of First and Second, to exception of the Villarreal (by the dispute of the final of the Supercopa of Spain), to the equal that Luis Rubiales, maximum mandator of the RFEF. Joan Laporta and Florentino Pérez, presidents of Barça and Madrid respectively, neither were present. The two 'giant' of Spain were represented by Mateu Alemany and José Ángel Sánchez in the summit.
