On Saturday, Pau Víctor became the ninth FC Barcelona player to score a goal in LaLiga 2024/25. No team has so many filmmakers in the tournament

Calendar of FC Barcelona

FC Barcelona's tough defeat against Osasuna (4-2) left several negative points in defense, a product of the rotations made by Hansi Flick. In the offensive section, the revolution in the Barça eleven also had an important impact, since the culés, unlike the previous seven days in LaLiga, showed very little in the rival area, with Robert Lewandowski completely disconnected.

In the second half, the team showed a timid reaction in the first quarter of an hour, which resulted in a goal from Pau Víctor in the 53rd minute. The former reserve striker scored for the first time in the tournament, but the goal was not enough to wake up a Barça team that was quite disorganized and had few ideas in the center of the field. At the end, Lamine Yamal 'made up' the result with a great goal that, at least statistically, adds up for a Barça that keeps the gunpowder burning despite the injuries and the limited wardrobe.

Barça still boasts the most lethal attack of the tournament

Lewandowski (7), Raphinha (5), Lamine Yamal (4), Dani Olmo (3), Pedri (2), Ferran Torres (1), Pablo Torre (1), Koundé (1) and Pau Víctor (1) have stirred up the nets for the Barça team, while a total of ten players from the culé squad have given at least one assist in the first eight days of LaLiga. This is the case of Lamine (5), Raphinha (2), Lewandowski (2) and Marc Casadó, Ferran, Koundé, Cubarsí, Pedri, Pablo Torre and Pau Víctor (all with 1).

BARÇA'S GOALS AND ASSISTS IN LALIGA 24/25

Player Goals Assistances
Robert Lewandowski 6 2
Raphinha 5 2
Lamine Yamal 4 5
Dani Elm 3 0
Pedri 2 1
Ferran Torres 1 1
Jules Koundé 1 1
Pau Víctor 1 1
Marc Casadó 0 1

With this, Barça remains firm at the top of the standings with 21 points out of a possible 24. Regardless of what happens in the Madrid derby this Sunday, the Catalan leadership will not be at risk. Furthermore, Hansi Flick's team maintains the best attack of the tournament, with 25 goals for and 9 against. The culés are also the team with the most shots on goal (103) and the posts (9) so far in LaLiga.
