Eric García is the only new addition to the eleven that won in Germany. Pau Cubarsí is resting. The Martorell native had not started since 6 October at home to Alavés (0-3), when he played as a central midfielder. He has not started as a centre-back since 15 September at Girona (1-4).

The substitutes will start on the bench with goalkeepers Szczesny and Astralaga, defenders Araujo, Hèctor Fort, Cubarsí, Sergi Domínguez and Gerard Martín; midfielders De Jong, Gavi, Fermín and Pablo Torre, and forwards Ferran Torres and Pau Víctor. Christensen, Ter Stegen and Marc Bernal are out due to injury.
