Freixa Ensures that Thebes loomed with the descent and LaLiga denies it

Toni Freixa, ex candidate to the presidential elections of the FC Barcelona, published a thread of messages in Twitter where reflexionó on the need to suppress the guarantee. "It is a big foolishness that to be managerial of a club have to answer personally and of objective form, the results of the management. It does not occur in any another sector of activity. Although it is more foolishness that this responsibility have to guarantee with a banking guarantee of 15% of the budget of cost. This comes of a norm of does more than 30 years, when the clubs had presupposed one hundred lower times.

Hours afterwards, LaLiga issued an official communiqué where denied the facts and ensured that Thebes had not communicated with Tusquets during the electoral period: "In front of the statements made public in the day of today by Toni Freixa, LaLiga wants to manifest that in any moment Javier Thebes had contact with Carles Tusquets during the electoral period. That the only contact made by part of LaLiga was with the juridical services, those who requested a juridical report that it was remitted to the Electoral Board of the FC Barcelona, in which it did not mention the descent of category to the that Freixa does allusion. Finally, LaLiga wants to remember that, in case that the recently chosen president of a no present club guarantee, legally only fits the repetition of elections and never the descent of category".
