Iñaki Peña, on his way to equaling his average of goals conceded in 2023/24

FC Barcelona revived its ghosts from last season on Saturday against Osasuna (4-2) in a night to be forgotten by the Barça defense. The day was particularly hard for Iñaki Peña, who after two games without conceding goals conceded 4 goals at El Sadar. For the man from Alicante, his average of goals conceded is already beginning to resemble that of 2023/24, where he barely managed to keep his clean sheet in a couple of LaLiga games.

Iñaki started 10 games in which Barça conceded 17 goals. In total, the '13' received 32 goals in 17 games in all competitions. Barça hopes to close the signing of Wojciech Szczęsny on Monday, but the Pole's inactivity will mean that his official debut will be postponed, at least, until after the next national team break.
