With 23 goals, Lewandowski increases his lead over Mbappé, now by 3 goals after Barça's thrashing of Osasuna (3-0)
After the completion of matchday 27 of LaLiga 24-25, the top scorers ranking is still led by Robert Lewandowski of FC Barcelona, who maintains his lead with 23 goals over Kylian Mbappé of Real Madrid, who remains at 20 goals. FC Barcelona secured a comfortable victory against Osasuna (3-0) on Thursday thanks to a stunning header from the Polish '9'.
'Lewy' finished a perfect counter-attack from Barça after a corner in favor of Osasuna, initiated by Pablo Torre and a long pass to the right side, where Fermín López appeared. The player from Huelva, bursting down the flank, delivered a perfect cross to the heart of the area, right where the blue-and-burgundy 'killer' appeared to head it in, marking his fourth goal in the tournament this way and the 36th of the 2024-25 season across all competitions.

The Real Madrid '9' had closed in on the Pichichi with a brace on matchday 28 against Villarreal (1-2), while Robert had just scored one of the four goals for Barça in their comeback against Atlético de Madrid (2-4).
On matchday 27, the Frenchman also scored against Rayo (2-1), which allowed him to reduce his deficit against Lewandowski, who just caught up on the calendar this Thursday, although he was a substitute against the 'rojillo' team. The Polish player also scored on matchday 26 against Real Sociedad (4-0), thus adding 3 consecutive matchdays scoring and 7 goals in his last 8 league matches.
Behind Lewandowski and Mbappé is Ante Budimir (Osasuna), with 15 goals after playing only half an hour against Barça. The Croatian has two more than Raphinha and Oihan Sancet (Athletic). With 11 goals are Ayoze Pérez (Villarreal), Dodi Lukebakio (Sevilla), and Kike García (Alavés), as well as Julián Álvarez and Alexander Sorloth, who scored against Barça on matchday 28 (2-4).
Ferran and Dani Olmo Climb the Scorers Table
Further down in the top scorers ranking, with 10 goals, is Vinicius Jr. (Real Madrid), while now, eight players have 8 goals. This includes Mauro Arambarri (Getafe), Sandro Ramírez (Las Palmas), Antoine Griezmann (Atlético), Javi Puado (Espanyol), Thierno Barry (Villarreal), Iago Aspas (Celta), and Fábio Silva, who scored the equalizer for Las Palmas against Alavés (2-2).
Joining them is Ferran Torres, who scored the first goal for Barça in the thrashing against Osasuna. The 'Shark' opened the scoring in the 11th minute, finishing a good collective play initiated by himself with a backheel to Frenkie de Jong, defining first-time from a low cross by Alejandro Balde. After that, he had another clear opportunity to score, hitting the crossbar in the 39th minute.
Another 'star' of Barça who took advantage of matchday 27 to score was Dani Olmo. The player from Terrassa scored a penalty in the 21st minute but left injured six minutes later. With this, he was able to equalize with Giovany Lo Celso (Betis), Jude Bellingham (Real Madrid), Hugo Duro (Valencia), and Vedat Muriqi (Mallorca). Lamine, for his part, could not score again against the Navarrese and remains with 6 goals.
