MADRID WANTS TO GET OUT OF 'ROSITAS'
Madrid is confident that Fede Valverde will not be sanctioned by Competition either
The 'Valverde Case' continues its march and in the offices of Real Madrid they trust that there will be no penalty for the player due to lack of evidence to prove the facts
In the offices of the Real Madrid are very attentive to the situation of Federico Valverde after the aggression to Álex Baena the past month of April. The footballer merengue, according to words of the midfield player of the 'yellow submarine', him propinó a punch in the face while it found in the area of parking of Santiago Bernabéu, leaving him a hematoma more than evident in the face.
This drove to a complaint in front of the National Police by part of Baena. One that, for the moment, finds in sobreseimiento by the Court 48 of Madrid because "it does not result properly justified the perpetración of the crime that has given place to the training of the cause". However, the judge instructor of the file has asked to the Real Spanish Federation of Football a sanction of five parties against the Uruguayan by his aggression.
The Real Madrid trusts that Valverde will remain absolved
Juan Antonio Landaberea, lawyer of the case, considers that the RFEF has to act and penalise to the midfield player in the first commitments of LaLiga 2023/24 in front of Athletic Club, Almería, Celtic, Getafe and Real Sociedad. In spite of this, in Valdebebas keep calm and trust that the Committee of Competition will absolve definitively to Valverde.
The juridical services of the Madrid think that there are not sufficient proofs in the case and that the proposal of Landaberea is based in indications and no in facts corroborables. In fact, the magistrate of the Court 48 neither has seen conclusive material to accredit the aggression, what has carried to the white club to ask his recusación in front of the Federation.
The sobreseimiento of the Ordinary Justice leaves to the Committee with the obligation to decide between the request of the Basque lawyer or the judicial doctrine. It will be necessary to see what occurs in the following weeks with the case. One that the own Baena has not wanted to touch by legal council, so much in public apparitions as in front of the media.
