The date set for the return of Frenkie de Jong and Pedri González
After what has seemed like an eternity, FC Barcelona will shortly have Pedri González and Frenkie de Jong, who have been in the infirmary for a few weeks. Ousmane Dembélé still has time left
It is not a secret for anybody that to the FC Barcelona have him 'weighed' the drops by injury in this stretch of the season and that the performance of the team has gone down considerably. The prolonged absences of footballers like Pedri González, Frenkie of Jong and Ousmane Dembélé have 'punished' to the Barcelona... But already they are very near to go back.
The two midfield players are in the final stretch of his recovery and will be the first in adding to the announcement of Xavi Hernández. In fact, this Thursday the three have formed part of the session of training with the rest of the changing room and have worked with balloon. There is a lot of optimism with that Of Jong and Pedri can form part of the alignment title to receive to the Athletic of Madrid.
'Signings' of luxury for the Barça
As they explain in 'Sportive World', the intention of the ones of Xavi is that they can reappear this weekend. The feelings that have left during these last days have been very positive and are conscious that in front of the Athletic is an authentic 'final' by all the points that the culés have left on the way in these two days, with two consecutive ties.
The aim is that the Barça can jump to the field of the Spotify Camp Nou with his alignment of gala, or the best possible, and for this will be necessary to have the presence of so much Frenkie like Pedri, two players that have turned into the 'anchor' of the team from the medullary. With Dembélé, however, there is not so much hope and his return will take a bit more.
When it will return Dembélé?
For the moment, in the Barcelona club keep that they will not risk in the absolute with the French extreme, conscious of his dangerous record of injuries since it arrived in 2017. It fell in the infirmary on 28 January and, since, has been in an extensive process of recovery 'conditioned' by his cicatrisation, that has taken more than the account. Thus, the staff medical will be very accurate to the hour to give him green light and foresees that it will not reappear until the party against the Ray, in Vallecas, on 26 April or in front of the Betis, three days afterwards.
