The image showing the semi-automatic offside does not seem to be the real one, where the Real Sociedad defender is clearly behind Lewandowski
Barça had taken the lead at Anoeta with a new goal from Robert Lewandowski. The Polish striker had taken advantage of a dead ball in the area to score 0-1. The play seemed to leave no room for doubt, but the VAR reviewed the action and a few minutes later disallowed the goal for offside.
Live, the broadcast of the match showed an image where it is clear that Lewandowski's position was correct. The Real Sociedad defender had his foot behind the Pole at the time of Frenkie de Jong's shot. The play left no room for doubt.
The image does not match the real shot
The semi-automatic offside then provided an image to justify the decision to disallow the goal, but surprisingly it was not the same as the real one, since in the 3D recreation Lewandowski has the toe of his boot slightly forward and in the real image he does not. Incredible.
There is no way to understand that Lewandowski's foot was further forward and the virtual image would therefore be manipulated... an extremely serious fact that requires a lot of explanation, the image does not match reality.

Compare the real image to the VAR…
