FC Barcelona has taken another step towards the title with a golden victory in Butarque. Flick's team is now 7 points ahead of Real Madrid

Calendar of FC Barcelona

FC Barcelona remain firmly at the top of the LaLiga EA Sports 2024-25 table after a narrow 1-0 victory over Leganés. The Blaugrana side prevailed over a 'pepinero' side that once again made life difficult for the Catalans with solid defensive work. However, Lega's resilience foundered in the second half after Jorge Sáenz scored an own goal off a Raphinha cross.

Barça (70) are top of the table with a four-point lead over Real Madrid, who are in second place with 66 points after their narrow 1-0 win over Alavés. A goal from Eduardo Camavinga was enough for the Whites to return to winning ways after losing at home last matchday to Valencia (1-2).

Atlético Madrid, meanwhile, remains third with 60 points, 10 points behind the Catalans and six behind Real Madrid. The Colchoneros host Valladolid on Monday, the only team condemned to relegation to the Second Division.
