War in Spanish football: LaLiga denounces Rubiales for filtering the audios

The LaLiga Delegate Commission has informed that it will file a complaint against Rubiales and the RFEF secretary for having leaked in a "biased and interested" way the audios of the meeting between the AFE, LaLiga and the Federation

The Commission Delegated of LaLiga has gathered this Monday and has been arguing on the controversial leak of the audio of the conversation that kept Luis Rubiales, David Aganzo and Carlos of the Field. At the end, it has decided present a complaint in front of the Upper Council of Sports (CSD) against the president of the Real Spanish Federation of Football, Rubiales, and against Andreu Camps, his general secretary.

LaLiga Has published a hard communiqué to explain all this and has left clear that this demand is due to "the slanted leak and interested of the audios to the media". It is necessary to remember that it was the 'Chain BE' the one who took out the audios of the meeting in which the responsible maximum of the RFEF left in evidence so much to LaLiga as to the AFE, Association of Footballers of Spain.

Like this it announced LaLiga the complaint explaining the details of this controversial decision that does to burst again the war in the Spanish football. "LaLiga Will adopt the timely legal measures, between which find so much the presentation of a complaint in front of the CSD against the President and the Secretary of the RFEF by the commission of the infringements of abuse of authority and realisation of acts that attack against the dignity and sportive decorum", explained.

Besides, in this writing also informed that the people affected directly by the audios also will present personal complaint. "The legal measures also include to present the complaint by part of the people affected of a claim in front of the Spanish Agency of Data protection by violation of diverse precepts of the General Regulation of Data protection", informed.

LaLiga Will not attend to more meetings of the RFEF

In this communiqué explained also that LaLiga will not attend to any meeting more than which organise the Federation. "It agrees not attending to the next meetings summoned by the RFEF of the 'Commission of follow-up of the COVID-19' once analysed the become", aimed. This data is tremendously worrisome for the Spanish football, since for the return of LaLiga after the coronavirus goes to be necessary the collaboration between all the estamentos.

In this sense, in this message that commands LaLiga ensure that "it will keep the contact with the RFEF, through the 'Commission of Follow-up' that contemplates in the valid Agreement of Coordination subscribed the past day 3 July 2019 between LaLiga and the RFEF". In other words there will be some relation forced between both organisations, but the just and necessary to be able to follow fulfilling with the works forced.

The points that explained LaLiga in his communiqué:

In sight of such facts from LaLiga will adopt the timely legal measures, between which find so much the presentation of a complaint in front of the Upper Council of Sports against the President and the Secretary of the RFEF by the commission of the infringements of abuse of authority and realisation of acts that attack against the dignity and sportive decorum, like the complaint by part of the people affected of a claim in front of the Spanish Agency of Data protection by violation of diverse precepts of the General Regulation of Data protection.
  4. It has proceeded to the study, review and approval of the Protocol of Performance for the turn to the trainings of the teams of LaLiga. This protocol will inform and will explain to all the Clubs and SADs affiliated to LaLiga in the next Boards of Division that will celebrate next Thursday, and will put to disposal of the Upper Council of Sports (CSD) and of the competent sanitary authorities.
  5. It has reiterated in the breast of the Commission Delegated that in front of any decision on the turn to the competition will be to what have the sanitary authorities.
