ATTENTION: Dembélé would be to a step to renew with the Barça

What in principle seemed more as a dead end, seems that it goes to destrabarse of face to the next days. Afterwards of an approach sucedido in the last weeks between the agents of Ousmane Dembélé and the FC Barcelona, the French forward would be very near to extend his contractual relation with the Barcelona club.

Dembélé, lesionado of long length (no expects him for before November), has agreement in force until 30 June 2022, by what from 1 January would have full freedom to negotiate with any club. The will of the Barça always has been to extend the stay of the French in the Camp Nou, but the offer presented did not satisfy initially to the attacker.

Conscious that to leave with the letter of freedom under the sleeve would have greater possibilities to sign a new agreement more succulent in another club, Ousmane was not happy with what in principle had offered him the Barcelona club. However, the parts have approached and the panorama now has changed, by what from the breast of the Catalan entity breathes optimism of face to the wished signature.

Conditions

Ousmane Dembélé, that lesionó during the last Eurocopa, would be had to accept a new short agreement (the idea would be to lengthen it one or two years, until 2022 or 2023). Besides, also it is on the table a light reduction of his wage, a condition that will have to accept all the footballers considering the current economic crisis by which crosses the Barça.

Undoubtedly, this represents a good news for a FC Barcelona that began to see with worry the 'imminent' done that the French forward could leave free in some months, especially by not being able to do at all to avoid it because of the grave injury that suffered in the international contest.
