Mingueza Confesses that it thought in going out of the Barça

Óscar Mingueza has been one of the big irruptions of The Masia in the first team of the FC Barcelona during the current season. The defence, that has won the praises of all, was analysing his situation in an interview conceded to the program 'Tot Coast' of Catalonia Ràdio that it will issue this Friday in the afternoon from the 19:00 hours. In an advance that was published by the public chain in social networks, the central explained the parallelisms that can have between his case and the one of Carles Puyol, the one who in his moment was to a step to split to the Málaga in front of the fault of minutes.

"My history is that it was in the B and there was a moment in which I thought in going out yielded to have minutes. When you are young what want to is to play and have minutes. But the truth is that it does not like me compare my history neither my game with the one of other players. But whenever they compare you with players like Puyol is an honour, by all what gave to the club, what went… captain, player, person… all the world has spoken me very well of him", commented Mingueza on the ex Barcelona captain, the one who as he, before consolidating in the first of the Barça lived a time in which his future and leadership in the club was far to be clear.

It is important to highlight that Mingueza finalises agreement in June but the Barça has until the next 31 May to execute of unilateral form the renewal of the young defence by a pair of years more. The end of the club is to do use of said clause, and although there are offers by him, everything seems to indicate that it will follow defending the elastic Barcelona during the next seasons.
