As it had announced, the Administrative Court of the Sport has issued an official communiqué in which it has ratified the sanction imposed to Neymar Jr, the one who will not be able to contest the Classical of this Sunday against the Real Madrid in the Bernabéu
After a full morning of movement in relation to the sanction of Neymar Jr, finally the Administrative Court of the Sport (TAD), without gathering , has launched a communiqué in which it has ratified the punishment imposed to the Brazilian player of the FC Barcelona, that as it expected will not be able to play finally the Classical of League Santander 2016-17 against the Real Madrid in Santiago Bernabéu.
"It has procured summon an extraordinary meeting for this same morning, without that this have been possible in attention to the requirements of announcement of an organ of public nature like east", can read in the communiqué of the TAD, that has been collected in Twitter by the journalist Isaac Fouto, and that has sent to the FC Barcelona.
In this sense, says in the communiqué that the Barcelona would have to have presented the resource the past Friday, before the TAD gathered for the last time this week. "Said resource was presented when it was public and notorious that the Court had concluded his weekly meeting, as like this it had appeared in different media".
Neymar Jr, definite drop for the Classical
The FC Barcelona, besides, would not have requested in the resource any measure cautelar. "The resource does not request any measure cautelar although it asks to the Court that declare the full availability of the player to contest the meeting".
Finally, it clears that Neymar will not be able to contest the Classical. "The sanctions imposed through the corresponding disciplinary file will be immediately executive without that the claims and resources that proceed against the same paralyse or suspend his execution".
