The Barça signs the pact with the Fiscalía by the "Case Neymar"

After having arrived to an agreement and after ratifying it in board, the FC Barcelona communicated this Monday that already has signed the pact to the that arrived with the Fiscalía by the "Case Neymar". The place of the signature was the Provincial Audience of Barcelona and in the communiqué offered by the Barcelona group stands out that "it supposes the no acusación of Sandro Rosell and of Josep Maria Bartomeu, and the conviction of the FC Barcelona to the payment of a fine of 5,5 million euros, has been subscribed jointly by the lawyers of the FC Barcelona together with the Fiscal Ministry and the Legal profession of the State".

"This agreement will remain recognised in the sentence that will dictate próximamente the Provincial Audience of Barcelona, that will serve to close the procedure urged as a result of the complaint formulated by the partner of the Club Jordi Marry, in front of the National High Court, in December of the year 2013".

"The certification of the agreement of compliance and the juridical reports that served to the Managerial Board to take his decisions on the agreement will be to disposal of all the partners to the Office of Attention to the Barcelonista (OAB), from morning (Tuesday 12 July)".

Thanks to this pact the Brazilian footballer also has left to be encausado by the case "Neymar 2" and his family celebrated it with a communiqué. The judge of the National High Court José of Kills it filed the case "Neymar 2" that it was consequence of a complaint presented by DIS after demanding 40% of the quantities that the FC Barcelona paid him to the Saints by the signing of the Brazilian forward.
