The judge of the AN also puts an end to the case "Neymar 2"

This Friday "Catalonia Ràdio" has informed that the judge of the National High Court José of Kills it filed the case "Neymar 2" that it was consequence of a complaint presented by DIS after demanding 40% of the quantities that the FC Barcelona paid him to the Saints by the signing of the Brazilian forward. By this case so much Neymar Júnior like his father had to declare in front of the AN the past month of February in Madrid.

The Barcelona club already foresaw this resolution of the judge since, weeks backwards, the Barça had arrived to an agreement with the Fiscalía in relation to the case "Neymar 1" and that so many problems has involved him to the club in the last weeks.

An agreement that brought the protests of, among others the ex president Joan Laporta, and that it was because of the agreement that the entity blaugrana had achieved the past 10 June. For this admitted two fiscal crimes in the years 2011 and 2013 and agreed pay a fine of 5,5 million euros. With this Josep Maria Bartomeu and Sandro Rosell remained exonerated of any penalty of prison.

According to this agreement reached, the quantities paid during this time were recognised like part of the index card of the footballer and no of commissions of the traspaso, by what DIS did not have any argument to ask any pertaining quantity to the traspaso in the case "Neymar 2".
