Calendar of FC Barcelona

The economy of the FC Barcelona goes through a moment extremely delicate. The accounts of the Barcelona institution are an authentic 'drama', that has carried them to look for distinct alternatives in order to solve such setback. The club sees with the hands 'tieed up' to the hour to tackle diverse investments that help to improve to the staff, by what from the offices of the Camp Nou would be studying the possibility to ask him to his footballers a new discount salarial in order to be able to reach the 'fair play' financial demanded by LaLiga.

The norm imposed by the local competition conditions the incorporation of reinforcements and the sportive project that schedule the Barcelona for the season 2022-2023, by what the Catalan institution would ask him to the members of the staff an economic effort to be able to fulfil with the rule, as it has informed the newspaper 'Sportive World'. The leaders of the club are working in solutions for 'encarrilar' the financial situation of the entity, and the players will have to 'inmolarse' to give him a hand to the team.

The president of the Barça, Joan Laporta, spoke in this regard of the economy of the club in an interview conceded to 'L'Esportiu'. The director exposed that "according to LaLiga, neither ingresando 600 million euros have margin salarial. They are in a position very enrocada. We will follow arguing with them because it can not be that we can not fichar to anybody. This week have been in Madrid, but have advanced very little". Besides, it ensured that "we will take drastic decisions. When I speak of this, refer me to the subject of the 'fair play'. Have a mass salarial very high that still does not allow to have 'fair play'. And here we will have to take some decision".

In this sense, Laporta warned that the institution would see forced to "reduce the mass salarial of a way that is not the one who would like us, although it was taking some risks. Have a mass salarial still very high, inherited of those who managed before the club, badly by the way, and that it is very difficult of reconducir by a peaceful road. Perhaps we have to attend to a more drastic road and more conflictive to have 'fair play' financial".

Arrive to an agreement return 'vital'

Laporta Does not mention to the staff in general neither of direct form, but if it leaves clear that it is absolutely necessary to arrive to an agreement with his players because the danger to finish "in the courts" is latent. With this refers to the possibility to sack to the footballers that refuse the discount or a traspaso. Nevertheless, those that have renewed to the drop and the signings that signed with the club under conditions adjusted to the financial reality of the Barça would not go in in the 'plan' of cut salarial, that would be the second lived in the club after the made in the 2020 during the pandemia.
