The hard message of the directors of LaLiga to the Real Madrid

Through a communiqué, the leaders of LaLiga Santander answered to the legal actions that the directors of the combined merengue plan contras the authorities of the tournament suspender belt by the agreement with the CVC refusing said actions.

In front of the announcement by part of the Real Madrid CF of legal actions against directors of LaLiga and CVC Capital Partners, from LaLiga wants to indicate :

1. LaLiga Reiterates that it has all the favourable legal reports, confirming the maximum fulfillment of the juridical legislation in all the dimensions of the project LaLiga Impulse, that has had the advice of Uría Menéndez by part of LaLiga and Latham & Watkins by part of CVC.

2. The leaders of the Real Madrid CF, with these performances, only pretend to avoid that the Clubs/SAD of the professional football pronounce on the agreement with CVC Capital Partners, through coercive and threatening methods.

However, the Court desestimo said pretence when considering pertinent the costs and investments made by LaLiga for the put in value of the rights.
