Florentino Pérez's team is not getting back on its feet. A new legal problem is added to the one with the concerts at the Santiago Bernabéu
According to El Confidencial, Real Madrid is facing a new legal problem with the restaurant it has at the Santiago Bernabéu, the Sky Bar, whose exploitation had been granted to the company Anastia Gourmet.
Apparently, since September the white club would not be allowing the concessionaire company to access the premises, preventing the exploitation for new clients and reservations already scheduled in one of the super VIP boxes of the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the Sky Bar.
According to information from El Confidencial, Anastia Gourmet has sued Real Madrid for 16.5 million euros. Estimating 7 million what it owes to suppliers, brands such as Schweppes or Heineken, in addition to everything it would have stopped earning. This new legal case is added to that of the concerts at the Bernabéu, for non-compliance with noise regulations.
Real Madrid, keeping an eye on Sixth Street
The American investment fund paid 360 million euros to the club for 30% of the income from the operation of the Madrid stadium. If the holding of events and concerts is not resumed, Sixth Street could enforce any of the clauses for breach of contract, from the hardening of the conditions to the termination of the agreement.
