As it could know this Thursday, the Court of Sportive Arbitration (TAS) decided no indultar to the Athletic of Madrid in his resource in front of the sanction of the FIFA. Although although it reduced the economic sanction, keeps the two windows without being able to fichar of the Madrilenian team.

Something that did to burst to the club directed by Enrique Cerezo when seeing how his rival of the capital yes that saw to disappear his sanction. In fact, the colchoneros speak of a "offend comparative" by both resolutions and aims that the club "fulfilled the Spanish legislation".

This is the communiqué of the Athletic after the decision of the TAS:

1.We consider that the decision to keep the prohibition to inscribe players in a second period, the corresponding to the summer of 2017, supposes an offend comparative and a discriminatory deal to our entity, since recently and in a similar case has raised partially the sanction allowing inscribe licences from the next 1 July. This resolution is unfair and supposes a damage irreparable for our club.

2.la Resolution has been communicated out of the term established in the agreement that signed the parts and that finalised yesterday, day 31 May 2017. What supposes a lack of respect to our institution.

3.We want to reiterate that we have been sanctioned in spite of fulfilling strictly the Spanish legislation, since we always have transacted all our licences through the Federation of Football of Madrid, as it indicates the Law of the Sport.

4.Our sportive planning for the next season has contemplated at all times the two stages that could give once that the TAS issued his decision. The club will advance from this moment in the necessary negotiations to formalise operations with the aim to inscribe players from 1 January, when it open the next window in which we will be authorised by FIFA to give of high new licences.

5.We trust totally in our current staff, with which have attained the direct classification for the League of Champions by fifth consecutive year and with which have reached the semifinals of the League of Champions and of the Glass of Rey. From the club have the commitment of players and technicians to follow competing to the same level the next season in spite of this decision that obviously prejudices us. Together, team, club and fans, will follow litigating by our aims.
