The new Santiago Bernabéu will cost a total of 893 million euros.

The new Santiago Bernabéu, beyond all doubt, will be one of the stadiums more imponentes of Europe. The execution of the works in the exercise 2022-23, estimating the ending of the essential part of the same for finals of 2023. The development of the works has come giving as the planned, even paginating with the parties of the Real Madrid during the past season and even when initiating the following course will have to lose some parties by the culmination of the construction.

The amount of the investment contabilizada in the exercise 2022-23 has been of 355 million euros, including the financial costs capitalised during the period of construction. In this way, the investment accumulated until 30 June 2023 rises to 893 million euros. Regarding the loan, finish to have the whole of the 800 million euros during the previous exercise.

The first amortización of the loan will make from the following course 2023-2024, on 30 July 2023, supposing a quota to pay of 34 million euros. The economic evolution will depend on the ending of the works of the new stadium to finals of this year calendar, by what, to countable effects, foresees that the investment begin to be operative from 1 January 2024, with the effect that from said date begin to amortise the investment and to leave to capitalise the financial costs of the loan of the stadium.

From the moment in that they finish the works there will be an increase of the income, so much of ordinary capacity/vip as of commercial exploitation of the installations: tour, events, bars and restaurants, shop. All this will begin to develop from January of 2024 of progressive form, by what the increase of income by the exploitation of the stadium will increase.

The reform of the stadium has gone oriented to convert the new stadium in one of the main enclosures of concerts of Madrid, competing directly with the WiZink Center and the Metropolitan. The new Bernabéu will have capacity for 85.000 people, having besides some advantage to situate quite centrical in the city of Madrid and very very connected. Also it will have 500 seats for people with mobility reduced.
