The Real Madrid will ask a third credit to pay the Bernábeu

The Real Madrid will subject to vote the acquisition of a third credit for the reform of the new stadium Santiago Bernabéu. The white club will attend again to the market in search of new bottoms investors that inject money to the arks of the club to pay the new stadium. They will request other 375 million euros that will allow to culminate the remodeling of the stadium. The partners compromisarios will have to approve the accounts of the past season, the budget of the new, the nomination of José Martínez Pirri like president of honour, the change of name of the Ciudad Real Madrid (proposal so that it call Ciudad Real Madrid Florentino Pérez, in honour to the current president of the white group) and the application of a new loan by the reform of the stadium.

The white club requests another credit

The white club will present in front of his partners a loan that round the 400 million euros to finish with the works of the Bernabéu. The new coliseo white finds in the final stages of his remodeling and is near to turn into ones of the best stadiums of Europe and the world. This project, headed by Florentino Peréz, pretends to convert the Bernabéu in something more than a simple stadium of football. The idea is to convert the field madridista in a place of celebration of big sportive events. The remodelled feudo of the Real Madrid could be the stage where contest the final of the World-wide of 2030, that goes to celebrate in Spain, Portugal and Morocco.

During the process of remodeling of the stadium the Real Madrid has gone asking different credits. The first was of 575 million euros, that served to carry out the closing of the stadium. The second was of 225 million euros, that allocated to the creation of the hypogeum and, finally, the new credit of 375 million euros, that will go allocated to these concepts: extra costs by inflation, interior of the stadium, parking, finish with the line of credit ICO, etc. This third line of credit will expand the debt by the stadium on the 1.000 million euros.
