Real Madrid know what they will do at the end of the summer transfer window. The club managed by Florentino Pérez has a plan to face these last days of transfers. Will they sign anyone else?

Calendar of FC Barcelona

Florentino Pérez has a clear plan for this transfer market closing: Not to buy more players. The white team has completely ruled out the possibility of adding a new center back, even though they do need one because David Alaba's recovery has been delayed. However, the Merengue club have ruled out an immediate solution and will work on this issue in the medium/long term.

Although the rumors do not stop about possible arrivals in what remains of the transfer window, we cannot wait for a new presentation at the Bernabéu. Alphonso Davies is still linked to the white club, but Bayern Munich has no intention of letting him leave Germany this summer. In addition, the Italian coach, Carlo Ancelotti, is more than happy with his squad for this season, thanks to the new additions of Endrick and Kylian Mbappé.

Real Madrid's plan

Real Madrid's objective is to have Antonio Rüdiger, Éder Militao, David Alaba and Jesús Vallejo. If something happens with any of them, Ancelotti will opt for Aurelien Tchouaméni, a midfielder who has shown good abilities in the centre of defence. In that case, Eduardo Camavinga would move to centre-midfield and he would not have to choose between one of the two for the starting position, a problem he has been having since the start of the season.

However, the Merengue board does not rule out incorporating a young and talented centre-back in the future who has the ability to be in the team for many years. This was made clear by the 'Defensa Central' portal: "Madrid did not want to make a hasty decision and the idea is to bring in a young player, who can have a long career in the club as a centre-back, as was done in its day with Militao, so they were not going to sign the first option that came along." This decision could come in the summer of 2025, but it is also not ruled out that it will be next winter if an extreme case arises.
