FC Barcelona keeps its radar active in Brazil in search of new 'pearls' from the South American country. The last youth player on the culé radar would be Guilherme Doguinha, from Flamengo
Guilherme Doguinha is the new sensation of the Flamengo youth academy. He is a 15-year-old winger with similar characteristics to Lamine Yamal: right-footed, very fast and with enormous overflow capacity who, according to 'Jijantes FC', would be on FC Barcelona's radar. The boy could not arrive in Catalonia until 2027 (when he turns 18), but the club would be willing to 'tie him up' as soon as possible.
In that sense, Barça would seek to secure the transfer of Doguinha to avoid paying a higher price in the future. The culés paid 30 million euros net plus 31 'kilos' in variables for Vitor Roque and were also in the 'race' for Estavao Willian, who finally preferred to sign for Chelsea thanks to the very high 'blue' offer. In the case of the 'pearl' of Flamengo, the Barça team would have a slight advantage in the negotiations with respect to other European greats.
🇧🇷 The Barça never forgets the Brazilian market.

👀 Like this it is the net of catchment of talents of the Barça in the country carioca.
🔝 Guilherme Doguinha, player of Flamengo (2009) likes to the Barça, although the regulation FIFA for now prevents it.

Barça will closely follow the projection of Guilherme Doguinha
And, according to the preliminary report from the Catalan scouts, Guilherme still has a notable margin for improvement and many technical and tactical aspects to polish. However, his explosiveness on the wing would lead the club to take a risk with the youth player, understanding the operation as a profitable business in the medium and long term. The winger would have to stay a couple more years at Flamengo, one more prudent period for him to complete his training process.
Barça has a talent scouting team in Brazil led by Paulo Araujo, who maintains continuous communication with Deco. Joan Laporta does not want to let more young stars of the 'canarinha' escape and, in the case of Doguinha, there has already been a first approach with the footballer's entourage. If the kid maintains the projection shown so far, it is likely that in 2025 the culés will present a first formal offer to Flamengo for his transfer.
