Deco praises Klopp and gives the keys to choosing the new Barça coach

The sportive director of the FC Barcelona, Anderson of Souza 'Deco', has spoken this Monday on how evaluates the situation of the new trainer of the Catalan team. The Barcelona director, that besides recognised that it surprised him the announcement of Xavi Hernández to abandon the team when finalising the season, ensured that by the moment has not begun the conversations with any name in particular, in spite of several informations that signal the contrary.

"I do not want to speak of any, is little ethical to speak of a trainer that has agreement", ensured initially Deco in an interview for 'The Avant-garde', in which besides it wanted to highlight that his opinion will not be absolute with regard to the decision of who will be the new míster. "I will not be I, will be the club. The decisions are not of an alone person", explained the sportive director culé.

The type of trainer that has to hire the Barça

With regard to the profile that the club has in mind, Deco ensured that it will have to be a trainer that "follow a line of work", commented. "Hardly we will be a team that do not want to play well, that do not want to have the balloon. Consulted on a name in particular, the one of Jürger Klopp, the one who also announced that it will leave his current charge the next 30 June, the luso-Brazilian puntualizó that "is a big trainer, but I think that is not the moment to speak of this", explained. "The new technician will want to do changes, but first will be necessary to explain him the project and the ideas. There are a lot of options", analysed Deco.

On other possible names, as the one of Thiago Motta or Rafa Márquez, the Barcelona director sustained that "I do not follow a lot the work of Motta because it is not in an Italian team of which am used to to see.
