FC Barcelona could have a new opportunity in the market to reinforce its left winger if it fails to sign Nico Williams this summer. Apparently, Bayern Munich would be considering the option of loaning one of their forwards, who has also been previously linked with the interest of the culé club

FC Barcelona has as its priority the stellar hiring of Nico Williams from Athletic Club for this summer market. However, due to the 'soap opera' that has been created around the figure of the Pamplona native, it is unavoidable that there is the option that this transfer may not come to fruition. Therefore, the Barça team must be attentive to new opportunities that may arise in the market to strengthen that left-footed wing.

In this sense, the Catalan team could have a second opportunity to acquire the services of a winger who was considered at the time as a 'low cost' option and who could provide the 'mischief', dribbling and the necessary imbalance for the Left side: Bryan Zaragoza, 22-year-old striker from Malaga. Unfortunately, for him, he could not transfer all the good feelings he left during his time at Granada CF to Bayern Munich, a team that acquired his services in December 2023 and is now looking for a way out for him this summer.

Bayern Munich is considering letting Bryan Zaragoza go on loan

This is not mere speculation, since the general sports director of 'Die Roten', Max Eberl, has confirmed that they are looking for a new destination for the former Club Polideportivo El Ejido player for the 24/25 season. In contact with the 'Sky Sports Germany' network, the manager mentioned: "When we look at the wings, it may be that Bryan finds it difficult to have many playing minutes with us".

Along the same lines, Eberl made it clear that the decision to go out on loan would be made in consensus with the player, who is clear that he needs to relaunch his career outside the Bavarian squad. "We appreciate his commitment and what he tells us: 'I want to continue developing and become a real Bayern player, but it will be difficult here if I'm not even in the team'. Therefore, we are trying to find the right loan for him", said the manager.

Consequently, it will be interesting to see if FC Barcelona decides, in case the operation with Nico Williams does not materialize, to launch an offensive at this end for which it was about to sign before Bayern Munich's intervention. This team ended up paying close to €15 million to close his contract, and is now apparently in a position to loan him to a LaLiga team, possibly Girona or Valencia CF, as 'Sky Sports Germany' suggests, without ruling out other options.
