Ansu Fati's days at Barça are numbered. The striker wants to get playing time and could leave the club in the winter market
Ansu Fati's situation at FC Barcelona is 'red hot'. The doubts of the Blaugrana team, despite Hansi Flick wanting to try him, have been confirmed and the '10' is the striker with the fewest minutes in the first team. The player has only played 132' this season and has only been a starter in one game, being the last attacker in the rotations, even behind Pau Víctor.
The footballer is not happy with his present at the club and last Thursday his agent, Jorge Mendes, held a meeting with Joan Laporta and Deco where they spoke about the case of the youth player. His market value has 'collapsed' and his valuation, which was at 80 million euros, is now 15 'kilos', so the culés will facilitate his departure in January so that he can play if he wishes.
Ansu will have the last word on his future
The Blaugrana entity will respect the decision of the footballer, who will be in charge of determining his future. His agent is clear that the player's career must be revitalised and everything indicates that in Barcelona he will not have the desired opportunities between now and January. The Catalans, for their part, would welcome his departure due to his high salary and his contract until 2026.
In that sense, the Saudi Arabia route is still on the horizon, although there are some clubs in Europe, such as Sevilla, Fenerbahçe or Porto, who would be willing to bid for his loan. An alternative that Barça really likes, since if the loan works out, its price could multiply. At the moment, Ansu will fight to have more minutes, but if everything remains the same, he could change teams in January.
