After the hard blow that the elimination of Barça in the Champions League has meant, Joan Laporta has given the face to the Barcelona fans and promised that the team will be strengthened
For anybody is a secret that the FC Barcelona crosses a delicate financial situation that does not invite to the optimism in what to signings respecta. The club does not have 'cash', but neither margin salarial, a factor that hampers more than the account go out to the window of transfers, in January or July. However, desde the Camp Nou are in the research of some formula to achieve reinforce the first team, especially after the defeat against the Bayern of Munich and elimination of the Champions League, where remained to the light all the lacks of the picture culé.
Joan Laporta, president of the Barça, has wanted to send an optimistic message to keep the calm in the barcelonismo. It promises that they will have reinforcements in the market of winter, but before will have to have exits of the changing room: "All agree in that we have to reinforce to the first team. The problem is that have some agreements inherited that it does not give us margin salarial. Even so, we are looking for the formula to improve the first team in this market of winter. We are working to achieve it", recognised in a video published in his social networks.
The maximum Barcelona mandator is conscious of the delicate economic situation of the club and all the obstacles that will have to go out to the market, reason by which has stood out that it is necessary to keep the confidence and support to the Barça in moments so complicated. Laporta Has said that "now what ask is that we row all in the same direction". Something complicated after all the 'hits' in the last weeks, but that it is paramount so that the team follow his course and achieve to improve.
The key point in the message of Laporta is lto promise of new reinforcements for the team, something that has repeated in a few times during the last months, but that as it recognises, is complicated. Before, it had informed that after the defeat in front of the Bayern of Munich, the managerial had kept a meeting with Xavi Hernández in which they ensured that they went to achieve two signings for 'battle' against the fault of goal of the Barça. The main aim keeps on being Ferran Torres.
The problem, as it aimed Laporta, is that there is not margin salarial. The Barcelona picture, before going out to the market, has to have a deep cleaning of changing room, that has to include the exit of a few players that leave plusvalías to be able to think in the reinforcements, always attentive to the rule '1 to 4' of LaLiga Santander for the registration of said footballers in which it thinks the Barça like options of signings.
There is not margin salarial
It is timely to remember that LaLiga has 'imposed' a limit salarial to the Barça of 97,942 million euros and the current staff 'slope' 470 millions, according to the official figures that has offered the club. What means that the Catalans exceed the tope in around 372 'kilos'. It is a very worrisome situation, since the quantity that exceed of this year will subtract of the limit of the next season. However, in spite of this excess, the Barça (and all the teams that live this) have a window: the rule '1 to 4' or '1 to 2'.
LaLiga Allows the registration of new players, as long as they fulfil with the rule. The first rule ('1 to 4') establishes that the team puede spend in the team of football 25% of what ingresan, that is to say, if they free 100 million euros (by sales with plusvalías or discounts salariales), will be able to use 25 'kilos' in the registration of a new footballer. Nevertheless, when the player with which frees mass salarial supposes 5% of the total of the mass salarial, applies the rule '1 to 2', that allows to the club spend the half of what has freed ('case Griezmann' the past summer, that left profits of 20 millions).
