Joan Laporta gets 'wet' about the possible departure of Frenkie de Jong

The situation of Frenkie of Jong continues without finding a favourable agreement for the FC Barcelona. The Dutch has turned into one of the main bazas of the Catalan entity to do box in the market of signings and free mass salarial in function of the 'fair play financial'. However, the refusal of the midfield player has brought setbacks for the operation.

In recent statements for 'ESPN', the president of the club, Joan Laporta, has indicated that of Jong still is culé, although still his position could suffer some changes, as it already has occurred in his last presentations, in which it has exerted like central defender: "it Is our player, is a player of high quality. It likes us a lot. We have to clarificar some appearances of his position, but, right now, is player of the FC Barcelona".

Even so, it has recognised that exist some proposals by part of other clubs, but that the Barça has denied to accept them, all time that are not of the like of the player, the one who has manifested his wish to continue in the Barcelona team: "Has some offers. For the moment we have not accepted the offers because we want to speak with him to know exactly what is what wants".

In the middle of the uncertainty on his continuity in the Barcelona, Frenkie of Jong finished travelling with the rest of the staff to turns it by United States. Nevertheless, it does not seem to explain of the all for the trainer: in the party in front of the Inter of Miami ranged him like central defender, whereas in the Classical was acting and replaced to Andreas Christensen in the defensive line.

Of Jong no longer would be indispensable

These movements by part of the míster could launch the reading that the Dutch does not have the same degree of imprescindibilidad in the eleven culé, by what of to little seemed to be opening the door of exit for him. A season with few minutes of game and out of his natural position would not be an ideal stage for Frenkie of Jong of face to the next Glass of the World.
