FC Barcelona is focused on signing Dani Olmo and would already have an agreement with him. However, the Blaugrana have not yet convinced Leipzig, who spoke this past Thursday about the possible departure of the playmaker

From FC Barcelona they do not stop working on the signing of one of the great stars of the Euro Cup. The Blaugrana want to sign Dani Olmo no matter what and so far they have presented two offers to convince Leipzig, who for the moment have rejected both proposals. The Germans said "no" to the second recently, despite the fact that the Barcelona fans raised the fixed price to around 50 million euros, adding more than 10 in variables.

The footballer's termination clause of 60 million no longer exists, although the club promised to let him go for that financial amount. Deco maintains conversations with the midfielder's representatives and they are all convinced that the incorporation could be imminent. However, the Teutons refuse to receive the money in installments. For this reason, they are trying to pressure the Blaugrana to present a new proposal that will seduce them.

In that context, Leipzig seems to, despite all the rumors and news, expect Dani to join the team after his vacation ends. The player is enjoying a few days of rest after the Spanish team was crowned champion of the Euro Cup. Currently, at FC Barcelona they believe that the agreement will finally be finalized sooner rather than later, but those at Red Bull have made it clear through the press that they are not going to make it easy for Barça.

Leipzig officials praise the midfielder

Recently, Leipzig's sporting director, Ruven Schröder, told 'Sky Sport' that the midfielder is very important for the club: "Dani is of incalculable value to us, as a player and as a person. We have no pressure to sell him. Such and as things are today, we hope that he will return to us after his vacation. The rest remains to be seen," commented the manager, clearly insinuating that they have no problems waiting for Barcelona's offer to be good enough. In this way, the Germans are trying to speed up the negotiations against a Barça that will have to raise its proposal a little more.
