Real Madrid and Fran García aim to part ways in the summer. The Whites would accept between 15 and 20 million for the left-back
Real Madrid are looking to pull off one of the biggest surprises of the summer transfer market with the signing of Alphonso Davies. The Canadian's contract with Bayern Munich ends in June 2025, and despite the Bavarians' insistence on extending his contract, the player seems determined to leave the Allianz Arena and head to LaLiga, where the Whites and FC Barcelona are fighting for his arrival.
However, the Merengues would have the advantage in the 'bid', and even sources close to the Madrid club have informed 'SPORT' that the player already has a verbal agreement with the Vikings. The left-back would land in Chamartín as a free agent and would receive a figure close to 18 million euros between salary and signing bonus, although nothing has been confirmed yet.
The 'victim' of Davies' signing
If Davies ends up at the Santiago Bernabéu, the team managed by Carlo Ancelotti would have to make room for him on the left wing and Fran García would be the great 'sacrifice' of the club, despite the fact that in recent games he seems to have gained the trust of his coach.
In this sense, the offices of the Madrid institution have already put a price on his transfer for next summer. The Whites would agree to sell him for a figure that oscillates between 15 and 20 million euros, so the player would become one of the most attractive options on the market for the left side of the defence.
