"These clauses are impossible to activate if you want to fulfil with the 'fair play' financial. If somebody does not want to it fulfil, then yes that they can be activated", said Josep Maria Bartomeu this Thursday from United States. What will do the French team?

Calendar of FC Barcelona

The nervousness is every time greater between the fans barcelonistas -or no, because also there is a lot of that would not see with bad eyes his exit if it is by this desorbitada clause of 222 million euros-. The PSG could be more near that never of fichar to Neymar as they aimed several Catalan means this Thursday to the night.

A series of news that have altered the day in day out of the Barcelona team in United States. The Brazilian is the centre of attention, but follows without opening mouth. Who himself did it was Bartomeu, ensuring that "these clauses are impossible to activate if you want to fulfil with the 'fair play' financial. If somebody does not want to it fulfil, then yes that they can be activated".

It remains clear, then , that this signing of Neymar by the PSG could break some rules of the FIFA, what could comport a sanction to the French group. I have here the big doubt of the sheik, that dreams with the Brazilian but does not want to see like his club suffers another sanction -something that already occurred in 2014.

What is the 'fair play' financial?

The Financial Clean Game establishes some limits in the losses that the teams can have and forces them to not having pending debts with other clubs, with players or with the authorities tributarias. The clubs classified to contest competitions UEFA have to show it.

The clubs can spend until five million euros more than what ingresan by a period of evaluation (three years). However they can exceed this level until a true limit whenever it was covered by a contribution/pay direct of the owner(s) of the club or of a part related. The limits are: 1) 45 million euros for the seasons 2013/14 and 2014/15; and, 2) 30 million euros in 2015/16, 2016/17 and 2017/18.
