Marc Casadó's great moment has not gone unnoticed, far from it, in Europe. The latest rumors point to the interest of Manchester United, Liverpool and Newcastle in the Catalan midfielder

Calendar of FC Barcelona

Marc Casadó will have several very interesting offers to leave FC Barcelona in the summer of 2025. The latest information points to the interest of three Premier League 'heavyweights' in the 21-year-old midfielder, whose market value already reaches 15 million of euros on Transfermarkt.

In principle, Manchester United, Liverpool and Newcastle would be interested in the culé youth player. The 'Red Devils' begin a new cycle this weekend with Ruben Amorim on the bench and the Barça '17' would be one of the Portuguese coach's first requests from the 'Man U' board.

The same thing happens with Arne Slot. The 'red' coach hopes to incorporate a creative pivot and Marc meets the conditions that the Dutch coach is looking for to accompany the Argentine Alexis Mac Allister and the tulip Ryan Gravenberch. In the case of Newcastle, Eddie Howe also hopes to reinforce the midfield with a player who can accompany the team's starting pivot, for now, the Brazilian Bruno Guimaraes.

Casadó's termination clause, a key factor for his departure

And, although the one from Sant Pere de Vilamajor renewed last June until 2028, the club did not leak the value of his termination clause. Unlike other figures in the squad, the midfielder did not immediately enter the €1,000M, €500M and €400M club, the starting price established for names like Gavi, Pedri, Lamine or Fermín, among others.

Marc renewed in the summer, before the start of the preseason, anticipating a possible loan departure. However, the 20-year-old player managed to convince Hansi Flick to consider him as one of the team's pivots, like Marc Bernal.

Both were in charge of containing the team during the American tour and, after Bernal's serious injury, Casadó took over as a starter, sharing the midfield with Pedri González, Eric García and, in the last games, also with Frenkie de Jong . At the moment, he has 4 assists in 12 games (9 in the League and 3 in the Champions League).

Beyond the offers that may arrive in the coming months for the '17', both the board and the coaching staff are committed to his long-term continuity. Not in vain, the club seems to have ruled out the signing of a 'top' pivot in 2025, understanding that, with Casadó and Bernal, there are no reasons to spend money on another footballer with similar characteristics.
